Shrimp Salad Spread

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Shrimp, cooked, shelled
  • Finely chopped
  • 2 Stalks celery, finely minced
  • 3 Green onions, finely diced
  • 2 oz Canned pimientos, finely
  • Diced
  • 2 tb Chopped parsley
  • 2 tb Mayonnaise


Mix all ingredients with a spoon, blending well. Chill for several
hours to allow the flavors to blend. Serve on cucumber slices,
zucchini slices, party rye or crackers of choice
