 Ingredients List

  • 3 Shrimp
  • 1 c Wine
  • 1 c Water
  • 3 oz Celery
  • 3 oz Carrot
  • 3 oz Onion
  • 3 Peppercorns, white
  • 1 Bay leaf

 Directions

Clean shrimp and set aside. In saucepan, add shells to the remaining
ingredients and reduce very slowly for 1 hour and strain.
