Shrimp, Teriyaki Style

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c Olive oil
  • 1/2 c Sherry
  • 2 tb Lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1/2 ts Garlic salt
  • 1/2 ts Ground ginger
  • 1/4 ts Ground rosemary
  • 1/4 ts Ground thyme
  • 1/4 ts Ground oregano
  • 1/4 ts Ground marjoram
  • 2 lb Shrimp, shelled and deveined


Mix soy sauce, oil, sherry, lemon juice, garlic salt, ginger, rosemary,
thyme, oregano and marjoram. Pour over shrimp. Let stand 1 to 2 hours.
Remove shrimp from marinade and broil 5 to 7 minutes. Makes 12 to 14
