Shrimps De Janghe

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Clove (large) garlic; mashed
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 3/4 c Butter
  • 1 c Bread crumbs
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika
  • 4 tb Chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c Good sherry wine
  • 3 lb Shrimp; boiled & peeled

 Directions

Mix garlic & salt. Cream butter. Add garlic & salt, bread crumbs,
seasonings, parsley & sherry. Place alternate layers of shrimp & bread
crumb mixture in buttered baking dish or individual shells or ramekins.
Bake in hot oven 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
