Shrimps De Janghe
Ingredients List
- 1 Clove (large) garlic; mashed
- 1 ts Salt
- 3/4 c Butter
- 1 c Bread crumbs
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika
- 4 tb Chopped parsley
- 1/4 c Good sherry wine
- 3 lb Shrimp; boiled & peeled
Directions
Mix garlic & salt. Cream butter. Add garlic & salt, bread crumbs,
seasonings, parsley & sherry. Place alternate layers of shrimp & bread
crumb mixture in buttered baking dish or individual shells or ramekins.
Bake in hot oven 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
