Skinny Monkey Oats Cookies

 Ingredients List

  • 3 whole bananas
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup natural apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

 Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment or lightly spray them with cooking spray.

2. In a medium size bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients.

3. Let batter stand for 15-20 minutes.

4. Using a teaspoon to scoop, drop batter onto cookie sheet.

5. Bake for 10 minutes.
