Sliced Cantaloupe And Blackberries with Almond Cream

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Fat-Free Cream Cheese; Tub
  • -Style
  • 2 tb Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tb 1% Low-Fat Milk
  • 1/4 ts Almond Extract
  • 1/2 Cantaloupe; Peeled And
  • -Seeded, Cut Lengthwise
  • 1 c Blackberries
  • 4 ts Sliced Almonds; Roasted
  • Mint Sprigs; Optional

 Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and beat at high speed of a
mixer until smooth. Arrange cantaloupe slices, 1/4 cup blackberries, and 2
tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each of 4 dessert plates. Sprinkle each
serving with 2 teaspoons toasted almonds, and garnish with mint springs, if
desired.
