Slow Cooker Blackberry Chicken.

 Ingredients List

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 12 oz. fresh blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons ginger [2 Dorot cubes]
  • 1 garlic clove [1 Dorot cube]
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • â…“ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pepper


1. Add chicken to slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.

2. Crush blackberries in bowl using the back of a fork and pour over chicken.

3. Add ginger, garlic and soy sauce to slow cooker.

4. Cook on LOW 4-6 hours.

5. Serve chicken over rice and drizzle with cooking liquid.

6. Garnish with fresh blackberries, if desired.
