Slow Cooker Cherry Rice Pudding

Ingredients List
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 14 oz(420 ml) can nonfat sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz(360 ml) can evaporated skim milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine rice,dried cherries,almond extract,sweetened milk and skim milk in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 3-4 hours until liquid is absorbed.
Stir pudding well.
In a small mixing bowl,combine ground cinnamon and sugar.
Mix well and sprinkle over pudding.
Serve slow cooker cherry rice pudding warm.
