Slow Cooker Chicken Stew with White Wine

Ingredients List
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound(480 g) skinless,boneless chicken breasts,cubed
- 1 pound(480 g) cremini mushrooms,quartered
- 2 portobello mushrooms,sliced
- 2 onions,peeled and sliced
- 1 cup chicken bouillon
- 1 cup dry white wine
- salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet.
2. Add cubed chicken and brown them on both sides.
3. Remove cooked chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
4. In a sauce pan,combine mushroom and onion.
5. Sate until they release their juices and become golden,stirring occasionally.
6. Transfer cooked mushrooms and onion to slow cooker.
7. Place chicken over mushrooms and onion,then add remaining ingredients.
8. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
9. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 3-4 hours or until meat is tender.
