Smoked Mozzarella Fondue

Ingredients List
- Ingredients:
- CHEESES
- 3 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cups of provolone cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan
- 3 tablespoons of grated romano
- 1 cup sour cream
- SPICES
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or italian blend seasoning (whatever you have in the house)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- fresh parsley or basil (optional)
- OTHER
- 3 large tomatoes or 6 roma tomatoes
- 1 loaf of fresh baked French or Italian bread
Directions
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450
Mix all the cheeses together in a large bowl. Add sour cream and spices. Stir until combined well.
Spray a medium casserole dish with nonstick spray. Add cheese mixture and spread out evenly with a large spoon.
Bake on the center rack of the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly on the edges.
Garnish with diced tomatoes and finely chopped fresh herbs.
Toast the Bread
Slice bread into 1/4 or 1/2 inch slices (or however thick you prefer).
Place them on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Add the bread into the oven and bake with the fondue for about 5 minutes or until the bread is toasted.
