Smokey Southwest Cheese Dip

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup diced or shredded Smoked Gouda
  • ¾ cup shredded mild cheddar
  • ¾ cup shredded provolone
  • 1 small can yellow corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove garlic, minsed
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup spring onion or green onion, thinly sliced.

 Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix together well

3.Place into a 9" casserole dish

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly and melty

5. Enjoy!
