 Ingredients List

  • 2 Slices of Bread (French, Challah or Brioche)
  • 4 Graham Crackers
  • 2 Squares Lindt Milk Chocolate
  • 4-5 Marshmallows
  • Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/8 Cup Half & Half Cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Salt (forgot this in the video)

 Directions

Start off by slicing your bread and crushing up your graham crackers. Next toast your marshmallows by whatever means necessary! I used a blowtorch cuz i”™m manly like that”¦but you could probably get away with using a gas stovetop, barbecue on high, wood fire or any open flame.

Once you have toasted your marshmallow, remove the toasted outside to put in your french toast as putting the whole marshmallow would have been too much gooeyness in the french toast. Using just the outsides gives you optimal gooeyness and maximizes that delicious roasted marshmallow flavour!

After this is done, whisk your eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl large enough to dip your bread in. Dip your bread into the mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds, then place it in the crushed graham crackers, coating each side.

When you have crusted all your bread with the crushed graham cracker, place your chocolate and then the marshmallow and top it with the other slice of bread. In a pan on medium heat, add a knob of butter and once properly heated, cook the french toast for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

What you”™ll have is the gooeyest, most chocolately, belt-busting french toast ever! Now slice it open and enjoy the decadence!

Enjoy!
