  • 1 1/8 c Water
  • 1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil
  • 3 tb Honey; or molasses
  • 3/4 ts Salt
  • 1 1/8 c Bread flour
  • 1 1/8 c Whole wheat flour
  • 3 tb Buckwheat flour
  • 3 tb Rye flour
  • 3 tb Soy flour
  • 3 tb Cornmeal
  • 1/3 c Rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tb Vital gluten; optional
  • 1 1/2 ts Yeast

 Directions

flour equivalent: 3 1/3 cups cycle: wheat, white, sweet;timer setting:
light to medium 1 1/2 lb loaf can be scaled to 1 or 2 lbs.
