  • 3 c Soft white bread cubes
  • 1 lg Egg
  • 2/3 c Milk
  • 1 tb Mustard
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 ts Dried basil
  • 1/4 ts Dried thyme leaves, crumbled
  • 1 Onion, chpd
  • 1/2 c Celery, chpd w/leaves
  • 1/4 c Parsley, chpd
  • 2 lb Ground beef

 Directions

David Rosengarten's favorite meatloaf. Mix; bake in loaf pan, 350 F, 55
mins.
