Ingredients List
- 1 lb Skinless sole fillets
- 2 tb Melted butter
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1/8 ts Onion powder
- 1/8 ts Nutmeg
- 1 tb Slivered blanched almonds
- Chopped parsley
Directions
Place fillets in shallow baking dish that has been sprayed with a non
stick coating. In bowl combine butter, lemonjuice & seasonings. Brush
fish with sauce. Broil 4-6" from source of heat for 4-6 minutes.
During last few minutes of cooking, moisten almonds with remaining
sauce & spread over fish to brown lightly. Sprinkle with parsley
before serving.
