Sourdough Doughnuts

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pk Yeast
  • 1/2 c Warm water
  • 3 tb Oil
  • 1 c Sourdough starter (see
  • -recipe)
  • 2 c Self-rising flour
  • Oil for frying

 Directions

Dissolve yeast in water; add oil and sourdough; stir until mixed. Add
flour; mix well. Knead about 10 times on floured surface. Roll out and cut
with doughnut cutter; let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Fry in hot oil.
