- 5 Raw potatoes
- 2 md Onions
- 4 tb Shortening
- 1/2 c Tomatoes
- 1 c Meat stock or gravy
- 2 c Cooked; chopped meat
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Put potatoes and onions through a food chopper. Melt shortening, add
potatoes, onions, and tomatoes, cover pan, and cook until potatoes are
done. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Add chopped meat and season
with salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly and serve hot. Yield: 6 servings.
