Southwest Cactus Salad
Ingredients List
- 15 oz Jar Nopalitos, drained,
- Rinsed, and diced
- 4 Green Onions, ends trimmed,
- Minced
- 3/4 lb Roma Tomatoes, cored and
- Finely chopped
- 1/4 c Lime Juice
- 2 tb Fresh Cilantro, minced
- Salt
Directions
In a bowl, combine nopalitosm onions, tomatoes, lime juice, and cilantro.
Mix and season to taste with salt. Serve, or cover and chill up to 2 days.
