Southwest Cactus Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 15 oz Jar Nopalitos, drained,
  • Rinsed, and diced
  • 4 Green Onions, ends trimmed,
  • Minced
  • 3/4 lb Roma Tomatoes, cored and
  • Finely chopped
  • 1/4 c Lime Juice
  • 2 tb Fresh Cilantro, minced
  • Salt

 Directions

In a bowl, combine nopalitosm onions, tomatoes, lime juice, and cilantro.
Mix and season to taste with salt. Serve, or cover and chill up to 2 days.
