Southwest Guacamole

 Ingredients List

  • 5 Avocados; Ripe, Peel & Pit
  • 4 Cloves Garlic;Finely Chopped
  • 1 c Tomato; Chopped, 1 Medium
  • 1/4 c Lime Juice
  • 1/2 ts Salt


Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
