  • 1/2 c Ground dried New Mexican
  • Red chile
  • 1/2 c Ground dried ancho chile
  • 3 tb Salt
  • 3 tb Ground Cumin
  • 1 tb Dried Oregano


Mix the spices thoroughly in a bowl. Store covered in a cool, dark pantry.
