Southwest Ranch Chicken Bacon Club Pizza

Ingredients List
- 1 refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz.)
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup Marzetti Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/3 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup chopped roma tomatoes
Directions
1. Grease a 10x15 inch pan with olive oil. Press the pizza dough onto the pan. Bake at 400* for 8 minutes.
2. Stir together the chicken, cumin, chili powder, and paprika. Spread the veggie dip over the partially baked pizza crust. Sprinkle the chicken, bacon, and onion over the top. Cover the pizza with both cheeses. Sprinkle the olives over the cheese. Bake again for 15-18 minutes.
3. Remove and cut into squares. Top with shredded lettuce and tomato before serving. Makes 8 servings.
