Ingredients List
- 1 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Chicken, boneless & cubed
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1 md Onion, chopped
- 1 Green or red pepper, chopped
- 2 Celery stalks, sliced
- 1 tb Chili powder
- 1 cn Tomatoes (14 oz)
- 2 c Water
- 2 Knorr chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c Pasta, small shells
Directions
In a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat; add chicken and garlic,
cook and stir 2-3 minuttes or until lightly browned. Add onion, cook and
stir 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, add pasta. Cook
uncovered, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
