Ingredients List
- 1 lb Pork Spareribs -- 1"
- Lengths
- 3 tb Soy Sauce, Light
- 2 tb Dry Sherry
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
- Fine
- 1 tb Fermented Black Beans --
- Rinsed and mashed
- pn Brown Sugar
- 1/2 ts Monosodium Glutamate
- 1 ts Sesame Oil
- 1 ts Garlic And Red Chili Paste
- Or to taste
- 2 tb Cornstarch
- 2 Green Onions -- chopped
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper --
- Julienned
Directions
Place the spareribs pieces in a colander and pour 2 qts. boiling water over
them, (do this over the sink). Drain well and stir-fry until lightly
browned. Drain fat and place them in a boil. Add all other ingredients
except the onions and green pepper. Mix well and then add the onions and
green pepper. Place in a steaming dish and steam for 1 hour and fifteen
minutes. They will be very tender and delicious.
