Sparkling Fruit Smoothies

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Yogurt, plain or
  • -fruit-flavored
  • 2 c Chopped fresh fruit
  • pn Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2/3 c Ice-cold champagne,
  • -sparkling water or ginger
  • -ale
  • Mint sprigs (opt)
  • -OR
  • Fruit slices (opt)
  • -(for garnish)

 Directions

Combine the yogurt, fruit, and nutmeg in a blender; process until
smooth. Pour into glasses, filling 3/4 full. Top off with champagne,
sparkling water or ginger ale. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with
mint sprigs or fruit slices, if desired. Serves 2.
