Spazle Noodles

 Ingredients List

  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 Whole eggs; beaten slightly
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 125 ml Water
  • 125 ml Milk

 Directions

Mix everything together until the blisters pop. Press into boiling salted
water with spatzle press. Cook until water foams. Remove and immediately
hold under cold running water. Can put melted butter over spatzle.

NOTES : If you don't have a spaztle press, press the batter through a
colander directly into the boiling water.
