Special Egg Foo Yung Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Soup stock, chicken
  • 1/2 ts Sugar
  • 2 ts Soy sauce
  • 1/4 ts Sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 ts Cornstarch olution

 Directions

Mix cornstarch in about 3 ts of water. Mix all ingredients together. Bring
sauce to a boil to thicken.

Increase the cornstarch slighly for a thicker sauce.
