 Ingredients List

  • Whole wheat pita pocket
  • 1/2 Avacado
  • 1/3 sm Onion -- sliced
  • 1/2 Tomato -- sliced
  • 5 To 6
  • Alfalfa sproats
  • 1/4 c Bbq sauce
  • 1 tb Mayonnaise
  • Sliced fresh mushrooms


Mix onion and bbq sauce together and microwave for 1 min. Slice pita and
begin to fill the pocket. Mushrooms, bbq onions, tomato, avacado, mayo,
then top with sproats. The taste is a great combination! Enjoy!
