Speedy Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 3 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 lg Clove garlic, minced
  • 2 ts Minced gingerroot or 1/2 tsp
  • -ground ginger
  • 2 c Cooked rice, preferably
  • -basmati
  • 4 c Frozen Oriental mixed
  • -vegetables
  • 3 tb Soya sauce

 Directions

1. In a large nonstick skillet over high heat, cook beef, breaking up with
a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add green onions,
garlic and ginger; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in rice; cook
stirring, for 2 minutes.
