Spice Puffs
Ingredients List
- 3 tb Margarine
- 1/2 c Packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1 lg Egg
- 1/2 c Nonfat yogurt
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 1/4 ts Baking powder
- 1/4 ts Baking soda
- 3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 ts Ground allspice
- 1/4 ts Ground cloves
Directions
Beat margarine & sugars until smooth. Add egg. Add yogurt & vanilla & beat
until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda & spices. Cover the
batter & refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Drop the batter by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets that have been
sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425F for 7-9 minutes or until the cookies are
puffed & lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
Per cookie: 44 cal, 1.1g fat (21.5%), 5 mg chol, 25 mg sod
until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda & spices. Cover the
