Spiced Carrot Strips

Ingredients List
- 5 lg Carrots; julienned
- 2 tb Butter; melted
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
Directions
Place carrots in a saucepan; cover with water. Cook until tender, about 8 -
~ 10 minutes. Drain. Combine butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon; pour over
carrots and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Serving Ideas : Serve with Honey Glazed Chicken
