Spiced Iced Tea
Ingredients List
- 16 c Water
- 1 ts Cardamom seeds
- 1 ts Whole allspice
- 3 Cinnamon sticks, (3-inch)

- 8 Regular-sized tea bags
- Fresh mint sprigs,

Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Remove from
heat; add tea bags. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Strain tea into a
pitcher, and chill. Yield: 1 gallon (serving size: 1 cup).
