Spicey Green Beans

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lg Bag frozen green beans (or
  • Equivilent fresh)
  • 1/2 c Bulghar wheat
  • 1/3 lb Or so mushrooms,
  • Halved or quartered,
  • Depending on size
  • 1/3 lb Or so pepperoni style
  • Seitan
  • 1/2 To 1 cup salsa


put the bulghar wheat in the bottom of a large nuke-proof casserole dish,
Then add averything else, cover and nuke for ten minutes on high. Stir and
nuke for 2 - 3 more minutes, let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy

The bulghar soaks up the excess liquid and adds heartiness.
