Spicy Bean and Corn Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 16 oz Black Beans; Rinsed And
  • -Drained
  • 8 oz Corn; Drained
  • 3/4 c Green Onions; Sliced
  • 3/4 c Celery; Finely Sliced
  • 1 sm Red Bell Pepper; Diced
  • 3/4 c Chi Chi's Salsa
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 2 tb Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 ts Cumin


Combine beans, corn, onions, celery and pepper in a salad bowl. Mix salsa
with oil, lemon juice and cumin in a shaker container. Pour over vegetables
and serve.
