Spicy Beef Ribbons
Ingredients List
- 1 lb Rump roast, trimmed
- Marinade:
- 1 c Cilantro; finely chopped
- 1 tb Fresh ginger root; peeled &
- -minced
- 4 Cloves garlic; minced
- 4 tb Sesame oil
- 2 tb Chili sauce; hot
- 2 tb Soy sauce
- 1 tb Rice vinegar
- 1 Whole lime; juiced
- pn Sugar; optional
- 8 Skewers
Directions
Cut beef into long strips, about 1/8 inch thick. Mix remaining ingredients.
Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer. Grill or broil, turning
occasionally (2 to 3 minutes each side) or until desired doneness.
