  • 4 Chicken breast halves (or
  • -use whatever combo of
  • -skinless/boneless appeals
  • -to you)
  • Salt and freshly ground
  • -pepper
  • 1/4 c Fresh orange juice
  • 2 tb Chopped parsley
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 2 -(up to)
  • 6 sm Fresh hot chiles;
  • -seeded; minced. Use a
  • -combo of red and green for
  • -best effect. I've used
  • -Serranos; but Thai; or
  • -others would work well.
