Spicy Noodle Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 12 oz Spaghetti
  • 2 tb Sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 c Carrots, grated
  • 1 1/2 c Bean sprouts
  • 4 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tb Orange rind, grated
  • 1/4 c Orange juice
  • 1/4 c Tahini [optl]
  • 3 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 ts Granulated sugar
  • 1 ts Hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 c Peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 c Fresh coriander, chopped


In large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes or
until tender but firm; drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well and
transfer to bowl; toss with sesame oil. Add carrots, bean sprouts, onions
and orange rind.

Combine orange juice, tahini, soy sauce, sugar and hot pepper sauce; toss
with spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts and coriander.
