Spicy Peppered Steaks

 Ingredients List

  • 6 Sirloin Steaks
  • 4 ts Whole Peppercorns
  • 1/2 c Bottled Steak Sauce
  • 2 tb Dijon-sytle Mustard
  • 1 tb Brown Sugar
  • 1 ts Salt


Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard,
brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook. Grill as
usual, using the marinade as a baste. Very good pepper steaks!!
