Spicy Sriracha Roasted Broccoli

  • 4 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 tsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice


Cook your broccoli in an oven safe dish in the microwave (on high) for 5 minutes. Alternatively you could steam it until bright green and still slightly firm.
Meanwhile, combine the mayo, sriracha, soy sauce and lime juice – stir well. Toss the broccoli in the sauce to coat.
Put under the broiler for 3-4 minutes until starting to brown and the sauce turns translucent. Remove, stir, and broil for another 2 minutes or so until lightly browned.
