Spicy Tomato And Bean Soup

 Ingredients List

  • 15 oz Can spicy chili beans
  • 2 cn Vegetable juice (6 oz ea)
  • 14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes
  • 10 oz Pkg frozen corn
  • 1/3 c Sliced green onions
  • 1 tb Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 ts Chili powder
  • 2 tb Sour cream

 Directions

Combine all ingredients except sour cream in large saucepan and mix well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Top each serving with
sour cream.
