Spicy Turkish Style Lamb Patties

Ingredients List
- 1 lb Lean ground lamb/beef
- 1/2 c P[lain low fat yogurt
- 1/2 c Birchermuesli cereal - oat
- -flakes with dried fruit/nut
- 1/4 c Minced onion OR 1 heaping
- -teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 1 Clove garlic minced or 1/4
- -teaspoon dried flakes
- 1 ts Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 ts Dried mint
- 1/2 ts Ground cumin or 1 teaspoon
- -cumin seeds
- Lemon juice for basting
Directions
Combine ingredients except lemon juice. Shape into patties. Arrange on
shallow non stick pan. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes,
basting occasionally with lemon juice. Patties can also be broiled or
barbecued.
