Directions
Bake at 350 degrees till well done.
Rice- Boil rice in a pot or make in a rice cooker.
Bake sweet potatoes at 350 degrees till done. (I eat mine without any condiments because they're already so tasty!)
Broccoli-Boil or bake! I personally love to bake. I even add sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, & pepper!
Store a serving of each into a plastic Tupperware container and eat whenever!
