Spinach-Orange Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c Fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 ts Paprika
  • 1 ts Garlic powder
  • 1/8 ts White pepper
  • 1 bn Spinach leaves
  • 1/2 c Sliced jicama
  • 2 Oranges, peeled, bite sized
  • 1 Red onion, thinly sliced


In a small jar or blender, combine juices, paprika, garlic powder and
pepper: shake or blend until mixed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to
use.Wash spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces. Combine with prepared
jicama, oranges and onion in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss.
