Spinach Puree

Ingredients List
- 1 lb Fresh spinach, cleaned
- 1/4 c Water
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 md Garlic clove, minced
- 1 Black pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the spinach without added water in a covered pot fro just a few
minutes - until tender & very bright green. Transfer to a blender & with
1/4 cup water, puree till very smooth. Place in a small bowl. Thin to
desired consistency & season with garlic, salt & pepper. Serve on cold
pasta or on hot baked potatoes.
