  • Washed well & trimme
  • Bermuda onion -- thinly
  • Sliced
  • 1 pt Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 oz Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
  • 1/2 c Radishes -- thinly sliced
  • 1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese

  • For no-fat dressing)

 Directions

Toss together all ingredients. Serve with your favorite no- or low-fat
dressing. Makes about 6 cups.
