Spinach Salad with Strawberries

 Ingredients List

  • 4 c Baby spinach leaves, washed
  • -and dried
  • 1 c Firm ripe strawberries,
  • -sliced
  • 1 tb White wine vinegar
  • 3 tb Lightly flavored olive oil
  • 1/4 ts Fresh cracked black pepper

 Directions

Place the stwarberries on top of the spinach in a salad bowl. Drizzle the
vinegar, then oil. Add pepper, toss and serve.
