Spinach Salad with Tangy Orange Dressing

Ingredients List
- 2 tb Orange juice
- 4 ts Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Fresh ground black pepper
- 300 g Fresh spinach; bite-size
- -pieces
- 2 c Mushrooms; sliced
- 3 Slices bacon; cooked,chopped
- 1/2 Red onion; thinly sliced
Directions
1. In small bowl, whisk together juice, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and
pepper. (or place in jar and shake)
2. In large bowl, toss spinach, mushrooms, bacon and onion. Drizzle with
dressing and toss.
