Spit-Roasted Rolled Rib
Ingredients List
- 1 4-5 lb. rolled rib roast
- 2 ts Seasoned salt
- 1 ts Salt
- 4 Cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 ts Onion salt
- 1/2 ts Coarse black pepper
- 1/4 ts Ginger
- 1/4 ts Dry mustard
Directions
Trim off most of the outside fat from roast. Combine seasonings and rub
into all surfaces of the roast. Place on spit, 5 to 6 inches from coals,
and cook 1 1/2 hours or until desired degree of doneness.
