Ingredients List
- 1/3 c Fresh orange juice
- 1/4 c Dry red wine
- 2 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 tb Vinegar
- 2 Crushed garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 ts Turmeric
- 1/2 ts Ground ginger
- 1/2 ts Dry mustard
- 3 lb London broil
Directions
Combine orange juice, wine, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, Tabasco,
turmeric, ginger & mustard; mix well. Place steak in a shallow flat
dish; cover with marinade & marinate at room temperature 2 hours,
turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade; broil to desired
doneness, basting with marinade. Serve remaining marinade with meat.
