Steak Marinade #1

 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 1/4 c Bourbon or dry sherry
  • 2 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 ts Worcestershire
  • 1 ts Garlic powder
  • Several twists of peppermill

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Add meat, tie securely and place
in pan, in case bag breaks. If used to marinate roasts, place in
refrigerator for one to two days; if steaks, allow at least 4 hours; if
fish or chicken, at least 2 hours. Turn bag several times during marinating
time. This is delicious!
