Steamed Sliced Pork with White Cheese

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Lean pork
  • 1/2 ts Cornstarch
  • 1 ts Soy sauce
  • 3 tb Water
  • 2 Cubes Chinese white cheese


1. Cut pork in 1/16-inch slices. Place in a heatproof bowl.

2. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and cold water. Mash white cheese cubes
and blend in. Pour mixture over pork.

3. Steam on a rack until done (30 to 40 minutes). See HOW-TO SECTION.
